When Do you Need a Hosting Family?

It may not always be possible to return home at exeats and half terms and the school do not allow children  to remain at school during these designated vacation periods.

The time period between finishing school and the travel arrangements, may require time spent with a hosting family to bridge the gap

The relationship between the child and the Hosting Family is crucial. A child must feel relaxed and happy. The Host Family must encourage the child to engage with British Culture, and take part in theatre visits, museums, theme parks or activities such as horse riding and sailing.

St James’s Guardians takes a great pride in ensuring that your child is matched with a family with similar interests and loves.
